CEO's Message

The name “A2O” stands for “Acorns to Oaks”—reflecting our core concept of discovering small but promising seeds of business (“acorns”) and nurturing them into strong, sustainable ventures (“oaks”). Like water (H₂O), we aspire to be an essential element that enables this transformation to take root and flourish.

Since our founding, A2O has been committed to supporting the continuous growth of our client companies by driving new business development and building the structures necessary for long-term success. We have engaged in a wide range of strategic initiatives and innovation projects, both in Japan and internationally—including M&A advisory—earning the trust and appreciation of our valued clients.

Looking ahead, we plan to establish a truly cross-border venture capital platform that aligns with the maturity and timing of the Japanese market.

ごあいさつ

当社名の"A2O"は、"Acorns to Oaks"（小さなドングリから大きな樫の木へ）を意味し、光り輝く小さなビジネスの種(Acorns)を見つけ、それを大きなビジネス(Oaks)に育てるというコンセプトを持っております。 また水（H2O）の如く、その実現のために欠かせない存在となることを意図するものです。

会社設立以来、「顧客企業の継続的成長を新規事業開発及びその仕組作りを通じ実現することへの具体的支援」をテーマに、様々の国内外の新規事業開発及び経営強化プロジェクト（含むM&Aアドバイザリー業務）に取り組み、おかげさまで顧客企業の皆様に高いご評価をいただいております。  将来的には、日本での市場成熟タイミングに合わせ、真のCross Border型ベンチャーキャピタルの立上げを計画しております。
